[Ubuntu-zh] 编译编译软件包的问题

我下在了一个压缩包按照官网的介绍有2中方法安装（1）jam（2）

GNU make
系统默认没有安装jam，bjam，我就在新立德里勾选安装了。
可是在我解压后切换到目录下运行
~/gpstk$ ls
bin  include  lib

~/gpstk/bin$ jam
Jamfile: No such file or directory
...found 7 target(s)...
我实在没弄明白。于是我就尝试第2种方法make
我先安装了sudo apt-get install autoconf  automake libtool
然后
~/gpstk$ ./autogen.sh
bash: ./autogen.sh: 没有那个文件或目录
~/gpstk$ ./configure
bash: ./configure: 没有那个文件或目录
尝试了2中方法都不行，软件的官方网站是http://www.gpstk.org/bin/view/Documentation/BuildingGPSTkUnderUnix，希望有谁能帮上我，3q
