i am doing a little research on the copyright thing about Simsun font
here is something intresting

i went thru microsoft website and found Simsun font is a Trademark of
ZHONGYI Electronic Co., Beijing

and there is not more thing about publishing

then i wen to do a google search on ZHONGYI Electronic Co., Beijing
no such a thing
well...baidu it?
still not such company

then i keeping doing some research about simsun, found the following
to articles:
the one says "yes, u can use it":

the first one is kinda old for now, from 2004, but i cant memorize any
of the policy change about the font since that time from M$
