re-installed 16.04. I've just tried the Striata reader and now
it works! I had tried it on 2 different laptops both running
16.04 with no luck. I guess I'll have to re-install the other
one too and see if that helps.<br>

<p>Glad you got it sorted. I have
"striata-reader-amd64-ubuntu13.deb" - not sure what the latest
version is but this one works - on Mint 18 at least.</p>
