I am looking at the entry level MSI or Gigabyte machines MSI Wind U130 Plus Series MS-U130-1087ZA Notebook BLACK, Intel Atom N450 1.66Ghz 667MHz FSB 512KB L2 Cache, 1024MB DDR2-667 SO-Dimm Memory (1x1024), 160GB SATA 5400rpm Hard Drive, 10" WSVGA (1024x600 resolution) TFT LCD Display, Intel GMA3150 shared graphics <div id="pnbase20711" style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 1.2em; margin-bottom: 0.3em;">Gigabyte Q-series Q1000 10.1" Netbook</div> Intel Atom N470 1.83GHz 512KB Cache, 1GB Memory, 250GB Hard Drive, 0.3MP Webcam, Wi-Fi 802.11n Both come with Win 7 Starter edition, but I would like to use either ubuntu or mint as an OS. Any suggestions?
