[ubuntu-za] Olivetti Printers at OFFICE - not compatible with Ubuntu 16.04

I agree to stay away from Olivetti, and warn others before they make a
purchase they'll regret. Olivetti seem to offer no intention of supporting
Linux or providing PPDs.
