[ubuntu-za] Server with/without graphics

Following a post I made a while back:

I've got Ubuntu Server 16.04 up and running in text mode. Is there an
alternative to webmin on lynx? It's not really user-friendly. I've tried
lubuntu (noinstall recommends) but my graphics card can't handle it.

I'd like to be able to do server admin via a menu... user admin, start/stop
mysql, even mysql admin...

Any ideas?
