Hi

The HP one you posted is around 11000 Pounds new.
The other link you posted are for 1000Mbps switches with 10Gbps uplinks.

If you want 10Gbps ethernet on all ports - expect to pay > 5000
Pounds. Otherwise if you are happy getting e.g a 24 port
10/100/1000Mbps and e.g 2 x 10GbE uplink ports then yes it is around
1200 pounds.
You can look around on ebay for refurb units.

Depending on your networking skills - cisco/juniper/extreme etc are CLI only.
