[ubuntu-za] Updating grub fails

Thanx Xandor ,

None of that is the case. I do not have USB plugged in , I do not have 
dual boot , I did not enable fast boot
in BIOS and I did supply the correct drive as destination.

I will go read that link you supplied thanx.
