You're using Gmail.
Check your recent activity to see if there were any logins to your account
from an unusual location you dont recognise.
Changing your password in any event is a smart move to limit further
problems.
I would also run chkrootkit and rkhunter on your pc just to be sure there
is nothing nasty lurking there.
