[ubuntu-za] Skype via 3G

I've heard of people struggling to get Skype working on Vodacom. I use
Skype on Android and I've managed to waste 80 MB of my 100 MB Vodacom
mobile cap because my tablet fall to connect to my home Wi-Fi.
