Thanx for the reply ,

I did a "lsb_release -a" command and it gave me the following:

"Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
Release: 12.04
Codename: precise"

So it seems I am in fact on 12.04.1 now. As far as I can tell , even
though the Description and Release fields differs.

Thanx
