[ubuntu-za] Point release

Morning all ,

I have seen in the newsletter of Ubuntu Anounce that 12.04.1 has been 
released.
I ran a check for updates on my 12.04 install but it doesn't show any 
update to 12.04.1
Isn't it supposed to show and give the option to upgrade ?
Or is there another way to upgrade that one must follow to get to 12.04.1

2nd Question , is 12.04 with all normal updates done the same as 12.04.1 
fresh install ?
