[ubuntu-za] Libre office writer colours

Hi Robin, many thanks. Following your instructions I was able to move 
the color icon to where it is now showing on the toolbar, however, I 
cannot understand why it should be necessary to go looking for icons 
somewhere where they are hidden. Very confusing...
