  Hi Guys,

My laptop was stolen recently and I am considering replacing it with a 
netbook. I am looking at the entry level MSI or Gigabyte machines

MSI Wind U130 Plus Series MS-U130-1087ZA Notebook BLACK, Intel Atom N450 
1.66Ghz 667MHz FSB 512KB L2 Cache, 1024MB DDR2-667 SO-Dimm Memory 
(1x1024), 160GB SATA 5400rpm Hard Drive, 10" WSVGA (1024x600 resolution) 
TFT LCD Display, Intel GMA3150 shared graphics

*Gigabyte Q-series Q1000 10.1" Netbook*
Intel Atom N470 1.83GHz 512KB Cache, 1GB Memory, 250GB Hard Drive, 0.3MP 
Webcam, Wi-Fi 802.11n

Both come with Win 7 Starter edition, but I would like to use either 
ubuntu or mint as an OS.

Any suggestions?
