The simplest way to do this, which I've done before on numerous
occasions, is to simply Export the presentation (File Menu) from
Impress, as a Macromedia Flash (.swf) file. This file can then be
attached to emails, or embedded into an html page and played in-browser.
Admittedly, I am still working on a way to play it outside of a browser.
Alternatively, the only method I know, is exporting each individual
slide in the presentation as a jpeg and setting them up in OpenShot or
PiTiVi (both video editors). Sound would then need to be added within
the video editor if required.
