Do you know how to add a repository to your sources.list file, or via Synaptic

If you do, then add this to it

# Partner repo
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu maverick partner

Not only do you have flash, but a lot more, like adobeair, adobe reader, realplay, and other commercial apps
