You can always look at pyfragtools if you really want to defrag. I don't
think it will run on ext4 though, it was written a while ago.

Not really, its more important which file system you are using. If your using any
of the recent Ubuntu version you should be using ext 3/4 which both auto defragment
(small files) themselves
