Hilton, it would have been nice to post an abstract + a link to the 600K
document, instead of the actual document.

So here my summary: Submarine data cable capacity to South Africa has grown
20 fold during 2009 (SEACOM) and is set double again in 2010 and again in
2011. Then he goes on to speculate how that bandwidth will be sold and what
it will be used for.
