Hi

Have a look at http://www.ubuntu.com/aboutus/trademarkpolicy.

If these are free Ubuntu CDs and the logo is not modified in any way there  
should be no problem. If you have made modifications to either the  
software or the logo or you are charging for the CDs, you might want to  
get permission to use the trademark first.
