[ubuntu-za] Folder sharing

Hi Andy, 

Thanks for the suggestion, but you will need to please tell me how to do
that - preferably slowly, using small words - I'm still fairly new at
Linux. 

(As an aside - are all messages coming through to your mail app twice?
They are to mine - wonder why?)
