Hey. I have played with Karmic Alpha 1 and I can tell you that the new
changes are not readily apparent right now, it is a lot like running a weird
Jaunty. It is rather stable so far as I can tell, but unless you are really
interested in the inner workings of Karmic (for development for instance)
there is not enough of a change to really satisfy mere curiosity. It looks
identical, same theme, same widgets etc. I'd wait for a later release unless
you have a real need to run it.

If you are in Pretoria you can collect the ISO from me. I am on study leave
right now so I am not doing a lot of travelling/tinkering.
