My guess is that Maties, Kofsies etc use IP addresses that can be traced
back the relevant city. The rest of us use ISPs with transparent proxies,
overseas hosting etc. making it difficult to see where we are.

PS : sun.ac.za dates back to the days before google was even a web site. The
scary party is I can remember it.
