[ubuntu-za] Update, Meeting and Reports

I have looked into this and it seems the the fridge is primaryly for
meetings held in #ubuntu-meeting and events that affect Ubuntu
globally none of the other loco's publish their meetings to the
fridge.

As one of the agenda points is how to manager our meetings/calendar.
