Hi All,

We experienced some problems with the mirror servers serving the new
ubuntu release this morning in Cape Town, that may have effected some
traffic to users in both Cape Town and Johannesburg. The problems
relate to a number of issues, including a number of failed circuits at
the moment.  We've redirected all traffic back to the Johannesburg
server and things should be running smoothly for both
za.archive.ubuntu.com and za.releases.ubuntu.com though the server is
under extreme load at the moment (we're pushing about 4000 concurrent
established sessions)
