[ubuntu-za] Ubuntu 8.10 - the Intrepid Ibex

I'm relatively new to Linux and ubuntu
But if anyone is interested in all the ubuntu versions there is a list 
below:

4.10         Warty Warthog
5.04         Hoary Hedgehog
5.10         Breezy Badger
6.06         LTS Dapper Drake
6.10         Edgy Eft
7.04         Feisty Fawn
7.10         Gutsy Gibbon
8.04         LTS Hardy Heron
8.10         Intrepid Ibex

I didn't understand why it started from release 4.10 but turns out this 
refers to the date, So basically October 2004, and every release followed 
the same pattern.
A great way to immediately find out how old your version is.
