[ubuntu-za] traceroute with Ubuntu

Update:

Not a Ubuntu problem.  I grabbed my neighbors windows laptop and got 
similar results.
So the problem with traceroute not working must be with my router/firewall.

Going to disable the routers built in firewall and give it a try :)
