Have you checked the release notes on 
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/releasenotes/710 for any clues?

Also Perhaps the alternative CD with more support for restricted drivers 
could be of help.

My concern is that there does not yet seem to ge a Gusty DVD out and I 
notice that 384MB is the minimum memory requirement.
