[ubuntu-za] Logo - final call

[Morgan Collett]

Richard Banks proposed a logo a good number of months back, which I
think is great.

In fact, it's becoming our logo by default since it's on the t-shirts
Lesley made, and on the proposed wiki theme.

Let's make it official, unless anybody can show good reason otherwise by
Monday morning.
