[ubuntu-x] [PROPOSAL] xserver - drop 166_nullptr_xinerama_keyrepeat.patch

This is a nullptr check patch I did to address LP: #324465, which we've
been shipping since jaunty.  The patch was found to only be a partial
fix (xserver still crashed, but in a different code path.)

Eventually upstream fixed this bug a different way (in commit 24e682d0),
and that fix was also verified by the original reporter.

So, I think this patch can safely be dropped from our tree.  It was
trivial enough to diagnose the crash so if it comes back in quantal,
it should be easy to troubleshoot.
