[ubuntu-x] [PROPOSAL] xserver - drop 209_add_legacy_bgnone_option.patch?

I think this patch can be dropped from our xserver now:

  * debian/patches/209_add_legacy_bgnone_option.patch:
    - Add "-nr" as a synonym for "-background none" to ease the
      transition from the old 189_xserver_1.5.0_bg_none_root.patch
      patch. Can be dropped once all the ?DM have been updated to use
      the new option.

With lightdm, this seems to no longer be needed:

  root      1277  2.2  0.4 166372 134544 tty7    Rs+  May29  92:25 /usr/bin/X :0 -auth /var/run/lightdm/root/:0 -nolisten tcp vt7 -novtswitch -background none

Anyone happen to know if gdm and kdm have been switched over?

If not, I think we should just notify them we're changing and JFDI.
It's a trivial enough change, and I don't think further wait is going to
resolve it. But it's early enough in the cycle that any breakages will
have plenty of time to surface if we drop the patch now.

Thoughts?
Bryce
