Since Eric now has finished moving all the tools from the DDX tree and
into intel-gpu-tools, it would be suitable to have a new upstream
release, and I have already poked him about it. If it is released
soon, I'll package it for Debian real quick and it can be synced into
Ubuntu with an FFe.

That should work for testing, but if it can be used for some apport
magic it would be good to have it in main.
