Subject: Updated KMS Kernels

Although generally much of the KMS support is now sucked up into
mainline and thus hitting our main kernels for free, there does seem to
be a more significant delta on the ATI Radeon stuff currently. I have
therefore sucked up the latest Intel updates and the ATI Radeon updates
sitting in Dave's tree and pushed them to my KS kernels PPA:

Let me know if there is value in these kernels and I can try and be a
little more regular with them.
