[ubuntu-x] New Ubuntu-X Bug Mailing List

Hi all,

We now have a separate mailing list for bug mail traffic.  You can join
it by going to your +editemails page:

  https://edge.launchpad.net/~<your-lp-username>/+editemails

(Or go to your account > Change details > E-mail Settings)

This new list will enable people to join the ubuntu-x-swat team without
being innundated with the bug emails.

In order to make a smooth transition, I have not yet redirected the bug
mail to this list, to give everyone time to join the list first.  I will
flip the switch this Wednesday.

If you have any questions, this also gives a few days for discussion.
