[ubuntu-x] packages needing updates and other stuff

Hi bryce,
 Something more which came after an afterthought. How much of the
infrastructure are u able to share with debian? Do debian guys use
this tool or know about this or not? It would be good if they are able
to contribute and use the tool as well? What do you say?
