[ubuntu-x] still unable to log in

Hi all,
 Even with the new -intel driver, the xserver-xorg-input-evdev and the
latest xorg I've been unable to log into Jaunty .

The keyboard either has too much delay or doesn't function. At the
login screen, the mouse moves but clicking on the shutdown screen
doesn't invoke the shutdown dialog box.

Please lemme know if anything more is needed.
