[ubuntu-x] Patched -ati debs for testing

Thanks a lot for the debs, Bryce. I really appreciate those. Browsing the
git changelog at freedesktop makes you realise how much love these drivers
have recieved since ATi published the specs. Now let's wait for the code
sample, and let's hope it's as good as some hope. I'll try these debs and
look bugs for fixes and regressions. Finally, someone will have to thank
Alex next time, he's doing an awesome job!
