[ubuntu-x] X bugs in release notes

Hi,
In the Hardy alpha 5 release notes there was a "Caveats" note on bug
#133192 (Blank screen or distorted image because of wrong default
AGPMode value). In alpha 6 and later this note was taken away.

Does this mean the bug has been fixed (the report does not indicate
this) or is it just a policy change to "Ubuntu has no (Xorg) bugs"? Or
Ubuntu has too many Xorg bugs to mention :)

Some releases ago I maintained a wiki page of high-profiled known bugs
with workarounds, sorted by hardware. I was promised this was not
needed, since such things belong to the release notes. Is this
something we should think about again? (Yes, searching in launchpad is
technically possible, but doesn't work well for the average user. I
have to google my own bugmail to find back to bugs.)
