As an environmental and social activist, I choose Linux, Ubuntu, open source. If we have conscience on every daily action, we can change the "mainstream" conceptions... My son showed me this... I know indeed that most of PhD students (those I met are males) are using linux, but I don't know if they're using KDE or gnome. "No no" she answered "about the fact that you are using linux!". Well, I said "ah". I really don't know if I have to be "proud" of this, or what else....any ideas?
