1. Venue Confirmed in Kolkata
2. Date: Mid July
3. Duration: 6 hours x 2  (2 days)
4. Speakers: Some are confirmed
5. Type of Event: Workshop
6.  Name suggestion: Workshop on Women in Free Software
(certificates will be provided to participants)

On one day we have more fedora stuff (for fedora women's day ) and
also interact with other events possibly

Help required from Ubuntu:

1. Goodies  (definitely)
2. honorarium for speakers (covering TA)
3. .....
