In brief summary, Aztek-like imagery and OpenGgameArt's "Sara" were
added to the next version of the SuperTuxKart racing game.

Example: http://supertuxkart.sourceforge.net/persistent/images/8/82/OfficialPoster_090.jpg

Sara was included in the context of using open source project mascots
as go-kart drivers in the game. She is usually not depicted in a
feathered costume, nor in a bikini, nor with exposed skin, in the
community where she originates. You can see a sampling of more typical
depictions here: http://opengameart.org/content/sara-0

There are a few different arguments that I think should be addressed
individually.

1) is the Aztek imagery and Sara in a bikini a problem for
SuperTuxKart that requires the art assets be changed or removed
upstream?

2) is a game a piece of software, in the same sense that perl or Firefox are?
Based on the answer to 2,

3a) if no, is there a better venue for distributing games than
Debian/Ubuntu's package archive?

3b) if yes, given that any cultural work, such as SuperTuxKart or any
film and game, has the potential to contain objectionable content,
should Debian/Ubuntu have a process for editing or refusing to package
them based on complaints?
