All,

I spoke to Daniel over IRC and we have settled on an agreement on what 
to do with Harvest.  It turns out that the Elected Leaders of Ubuntu 
Women doesn't need ownership to submit patches for the bugs.  I think we 
should start as soon as possible with a meeting before diving in.
