Last meeting, I had mentioned initiating discussions on this topic.

There have been efforts in the past and by edubuntu, but
sustainability and getting a steady stream of contributions from
people in education remains an issue.

How many forks of Ubuntu are being used by schools?
Why are they just "users"?
