Skill sets should be assessed/( or scope for assessment) at finer levels.
Answering unanswered questions in that link is easier than translation
or documentation.
who is going to find so much time in that category?
break all of them based on skills they possess or would like to learn.
e.g. interested in UI + no programming skills + etc => etc.
interested in design + art + ....
Those with interests in learning through contribution should be encouraged.
Many people may have passive interests and skills, but may not want to
do anything unless they are guided or the opportunity chases them.
