Hi everyone,
Each month we send out our meeting reminders and have a link to the
Freenode web client for folks who aren't in a position to use an IRC
client: https://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=ubuntu-women-project
We also include this link in various places on our website.
At our last meeting[0] Mikaela suggested that we instead switch to
kiwiirc, which doesn't require a captcha and is more modern looking:
https://kiwiirc.com/client/chat.freenode.net/#ubuntu-women-project
Looking at the kiwiirc page, it's open source software and doesn't
present users with advertisements.
Any thoughts on the project switching to recommending kiwiirc? Please
give both a try and let us know what you think :)
