[UbuntuWomen] Document Work flow in Some Interdisciplinary Settings

In mixed environments in which some users want to use TeX and some
others are stuck in Libre Office, a major problem is the
non-availability of even approximate templates in the latter.

Related work would mainly be about the template proper and font conversions.

I am not aware of any related efforts and so can start a project on the issue.
