[UbuntuWomen] network card problems

This device:

Bus 001 Device 003: ID 12d1:1506 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. E398
LTE/UMTS/GSM Modem/Networkcard

works out of box (almost) in Debian latest, but Kubuntu latest has too
many problems with detection etc and HowTo pages.
