[UbuntuWomen] One More Person Needed for Election Help Phase

All,

The Ubuntu Women election [1] is happening this year and we are electing 
three new leaders with two (2) year long terms.  But we also need 
another helper along with Cheri703 to run the Condorcet poll.  Please do 
hurry since the dealine for this phase is May 30th!
