[UbuntuWomen] Resource List for People Who Want to Learn to Code

All,

I have an idea for making a resource list for people who want to learn
how the code in the FOSS/Ubuntu community, since, based on the feedback
from the survey [1], people want information of how to code.  Or am I
taking that feedback the wrong way? Well...even though I may be taking
it wrong, I still think we need a resource list for that type of thing.
