[UbuntuWomen] Survey Results: Part 2

Hi everyone,

I finally combed through the write-in responses to our survey back in
August and distilled it down to the core comments, which I've shared
here:

There are some ideas for increasing our effectiveness and it would be
great to talk about some of these at our meeting coming up on Tuesday
at 18:00 UTC. As expected, there is also call for more formal
mentoring programs, but as of yet we haven't had much success in
attracting mentors who have the time to spend on this, which I'd like
to talk about as well.

It's also exciting to see some of the ideas that came from survey
participants, while we don't have the resources to do them all at this
point it's great to have some new ideas from the broader community so
we can work toward them in cycles to come :)
