Good idea. Since the page[0] was last looked at in detail, we've
launched http://community.ubuntu.com where I think any additions like
this should be (rather than maintaining our own list).

I've gone ahead and linked to the headings from
http://community.ubuntu.com/contribute/ on our own getting involved
page. I suggest adding your ideas as bugs to on the community website
launchpad project, you can do this via:
